Bonten is a powerful criminal organization that emerged in the final present timeline after the fall of Tokyo Manji Gang. Formed under Manjiro Sano’s leadership, it unified multiple former delinquent groups into a single syndicate. Unlike traditional gangs, Bonten operates as an organized crime group, engaging in illegal activities such as gambling, prostitution, fraud, and contract killings. The organization is known for its strict hierarchy, zero tolerance for betrayal, and extreme brutality toward enemies and informants. Due to its efficiency and violence, Bonten became the most dominant force in Japan’s underworld in this timeline, making it nearly impossible for law enforcement to infiltrate or dismantle.

The Akashi Family DynamicsBorn as the middle child between his older brother, Takeomi Akashi, and his younger sister, Senju Kawaragi, Sanzu faced severe emotional neglect. His older brother Takeomi frequently forced him to take responsibility for Senju and scolded him for her behavior, which bred resentment in Sanzu toward his siblings.The Toy Airplane IncidentAs children, Sanzu and his sister played with Mikey's toy airplane. When Senju accidentally tripped and broke the model, she lied and blamed her older brother. Consequently, a young, dark-impulse-driven Mikey physically assaulted Sanzu, permanently slashing the corners of his mouth and leaving him with permanent scars. Following this, Mikey commanded a bleeding Sanzu to "laugh," twisting Sanzu's perception of his boss into a figure of absolute worship.

Toman, Mucho, and Descent into MadnessBecause of the rift with his family, Sanzu claimed to be an only child to distance himself from his past and manipulate those around him. During his time as the Vice-Captain of Toman's Fifth Division, he grew fiercely attached to his captain, Yasuhiro "Mucho" Muto, whom he idolized as an older brother. However, Sanzu's absolute devotion to Mikey never wavered. He brutally murdered Mucho for his past betrayal of Toman/Mikey, later becoming the ruthless, drug-using right-hand man to Mikey in the Kanto Manji Gang and the Bonten criminal organization.

Haruchiyo is of average height with long, bleach blond and downturned eyes with prominent eyelashes. He wears piercings on his right ear and has permanent scarring on the corners of his lips in the shape of diamonds. Haruchiyo notably shares the same appearance with his younger sister, Senju Kawaragi. as a teenager he wears a mask that covers half of his face (his mouth and scars).

he dyed his hair pink. As an adult, Haruchiyo's pink hair is styled in a mullet that reaches down to his shoulders. He has a Bonten tattoo on his right forearm and four piercings on each ear. He frequently wears formal attire. he doesn't wear a mask anymore and is proud of his scars

first, Sanzu ppeared to be calm, he can get a little crazy but he can still control himself. he is brave and isn't afraid to speak up his mind, and he is super loyal

As an adult, Haruchiyo seems to be more extroverted, blunt, and loud. Similarly, he resembles Joker. He is ruthless and displays psychopathic tendencies. It’s implied this is caused by the drugs he takes, which provokes his rather maniac personality. He takes sadistic delight and notorious euphoria when executing traitors, while voicefully stating he is enacting Mikey's will.

as a teenager, he is Tokyo Manj Gang's Fifth Division Vice-Captain. then became the Vice-Leader of the Kanto Manji Gang, meaning, he has the highest authority in the gang aside from Mikey.

As an adult, The positions held by Haruchiyo have varied depending on different futures and pasts. He is Bonten's number 2.

Haruchiyo may appear to be a calm and trustworthy person, but is actually very manipulative. He was able to manipulate Mucho for a very long time and dismembered him after he betrayed Mikey.

Haruchiyo has been shown to be a capable fighter. He is always seen fighting with a weapon. Haruchiyo was shown to be capable enough to fight both Ran and Rindo Haitani who together are an extremely powerful combination. He also effortlessly managed to defeat his little sister, Senju Kawaragi who at one point was considered one of the Three Deities, although he did mention it was partially because it was him who raised her. While using a katana he was seen fighting Tenjiku's former strongest Kakucho, with himself having the advantage in the situation.

he Hates his siblings especially His younger sister. he changed his surname because he wants nothing reminding him on them and he lives alone. the watered came because Takeomi used to ignore him and favor Senju over him in everything, leading to Senju being a spoiled brat and later telling a lie (because she was scared) that causes a fight between Sanzu and one of his friends that lead to his scars
