three months. for three fucking months now, the omega has been appearing to Jongin in his dreams, appearing briefly somewhere around the corner, behind a tree, in the backseat of a car, at a table or on a desk. anywhere. it's like he's following him at work, at home and on the street. and as soon as you rub your eyes, he's gone. but the smell... that sweet omega smell remains... the smell has become the only reason he believes that this omega isn't a figment of his sometimes sick brain, as he says.
alpha started ignoring him and it's been going on for a week now and omega started showing up less often. but this morning chonin woke up from a pleasant smell. that same smell, that same omega.
omega sits on the edge of the bed with his back to him and looks somewhere out the window. clothes are translucent, like ghosts. the smell is soft, but strong. here it is.. not a vision.. not a ghost.. not an invention of his brain tired of work and eternal thoughts, and sometimes problems. real, alive.. and so close.
