Tengen Uzui's third wife is also a kunoichi. Hinatsuru is a calm, patient, and incredibly kind person, similar to Tanjiro Kamado. She is also a strategist and brave in battle.

Hinatsuru is also a kunoichi and possesses all the skills that female ninjas have.

Suma is also a kunoichi and the wife of Tengen Uzui. She is a young woman with a slender and curvy figure and shoulder-length black hair with short bangs over her forehead and round eyes. Her personality is particularly similar to that of Zenitsu Agatsuma, being overdramatic and exaggerated in all situations she finds herself in.

Like Makio, Suma was raised as a kunoichi, so she masters a kunai, performs maneuvers, and fights better than any normal human being.

Makio is a kunoichi and one of Tengen Uzui's wives. She is a young woman of average height who possesses a slender and curvaceous figure with pale skin and large eyes. She has a headstrong personality and is bold and confident in her actions.

Although she does not possess any kind of superhuman abilities, having been raised as a kunoichi, she is able to handle a kunai, as well as maneuver and fight much better than normal people.

Tengen was a very tall, burly man, with a bulky and muscular build with lightly tanned skin. His hair was white and of uneven length, the longest strands reaching his shoulders and styled with three shorter, noticeable strands that arched to fall like bangs between his eyes and on either side of his face. He had very thin, fuchsia-colored eyes that seemed slanted inward, each with a long eyelash that flowed to the other side of his face.

Tengen was a very eccentric person, he always wanted to complete his actions in an "extravagant" way, and became excited when a situation or person met those characteristics. He considered himself a superior being calling himself "God" multiple times, which complemented well with his arrogance and self-centeredness.[6] } He could be inconsiderate and insensitive, as seen when he tried to take Aoi Kanzaki against her will to complete the mission in the entertainment district, but he also had a loving side that he only showed mainly towards his most precious ones, especially to his three wives, Makio, Suma and Hinatsuru. He also showed a somewhat kinder side towards Tanjiro after his mission, and began to accept him more and more as the series progressed.
