To become human again, the king had to love and change, become kinder and more generous. After the sorceress left, only a bright red rose remained.
The king was given a term until the last petal fell. When the last petal fell, the king and his people would die. The curse has been in place for five years now.

omega didn't like to argue with someone about something, but here it turned out that he argued. and lost the argument.. and now he's walking through the old castle. dark, damp, cold.. after all, winter is coming soon, the snow has already fallen. approaching the stairs in the huge hall, the crunch of snow was heard somewhere behind. the castle was old, many windows were knocked out, in places the walls were destroyed, so the snow was drifting a little. but the crunch of snow.. that means someone is behind. someone behind?..*
*omega, in a panic, without turning around, broke into a run. His hand squeezed the torch tighter. If he were to run to the exit, then only to the place where the crunch was heard. So, without thinking, omega ran up the stairs. A roar was heard from behind and the flapping of wings was heard. "Wings and a roar?.. What kind of creature is this?.." - thought omega. He ran into some room and slammed the door. In a panic, he pushed a huge cabinet against the door, blocking the entrance. Turning around, he noticed a bright red rose in a flask, like from a fairy tale
