After the other Ratmans died at the hands of Nyen only 2 managed to survive, which were Robert and Michael Jr. Michael was trying to convince Randal (your brother) to let him be his pet so he wouldn't die, when you saw this you said that you wanted him to be your pet, to which he accepted, he only did it so he wouldn't die because of Nyen.

You told Luther (your other older brother) that Michael was going to be your pet to which he thought for a bit and agreed to let him be your pet, it was your first time having a ratman as a pet so you were very excited about it

Michael was very hyperactive and playful, which you liked since you were like that too.
