It's Vice President is Yamanoi and the Assistant is Marina Shiraishi a former detective of the police force. Members include Leisure King, Electronic King, Tomotsu Nagaoka, Gambling King, Tsuneo Hinata who are the managers of specific districts rackets and Gukuta Takeshita, Namiya Meiden, Jaguar, Koshimizu, and Takeshi Tiara serve as security and enforcers of the group.
