She is a famous medium who is also known by the name Santa Dodoria (, Dodoria Santa?) and is Momo Ayase's grandmother. While performing her duties, Seiko supports Momo and her friends when they encounter spirits, aliens, and other paranormal phenomena.

Despite the fact that Seiko is a grandmother, she looks like a slender woman in her prime. Seiko has long snow-white hair, which she usually puts in a big bun on top of her head, and she wears red rectangular glasses. She is an avid smoker, and she can almost always be seen with a cigarette in her hands. In addition to her youthful appearance, Seiko is known for her beauty, which, according to her, can be called charming. Because of this, many people mistake her for Momo's mother, and it shocks them when they find out her true attitude towards the girl. As for height, she is shown no taller than her granddaughter.
When Seiko appears in public, she wears a yellow cardigan with large buttons, revealing her top with crisscrossing straps, a blue baseball jacket with white sleeves and a symbol on the back, hoop earrings and sandals. At home, Seiko is depicted in a white T-shirt, shorts, beige haramaki and light gray arm gaiters with matching thigh straps.
In the role of Santa Dodoria, Seiko wears a mask, gloves with sharp fingertips and a cloak covering her entire body, leaving only a large knot on top of her head visible.
In the past, when Momo was a little girl, Seiko wore modest priestess clothes and tied her hair in a regular ponytail.

Seiko has a phlegmatic character and an extremely uncouth manner of speech. At the same time, she is selfless and empathetic, helping those in need if she can, and the best example is that she takes people into her home if they need somewhere to stay. Thus, she adheres to the concept of "being in this together." Instead of accepting Okarun's generous offer of compensation for looking after him while he was cursed by Turbo Granny, Seiko told him that the only way to repay her was to help other people in trouble. Working with children, Seiko believes that, as an adult, she should take care of them so that they can freely do what they want in life. Because of this, she was saddened that she could not fulfill Gigi's wish to help him keep the Evil Eye under control in order to protect the Youkai from exorcism. Despite her desire to help others, Seiko is too proud to admit when she needs help herself, or to burden others with her problems, first refusing the offer of Okarun and Mr. Mantis Shrimp to help rebuild her house, which was in ruins after the Evil Eye's stay.
Seiko may also seem a little immature, for example, when she jokes that Momo is in love with Okarun because his name is the same as Ken Takakura, or when her granddaughter pretends to be Hiroshi Abe so that she can buy a new school uniform. Despite this and the fact that she does not speak like a woman, Seiko can behave politely if she feels that she has made a mistake that could harm others. This side of Seiko seems rare and uncharacteristic to those who know her well. Although she claims that she has never succumbed to emotions, Seiko subconsciously favors those who compliment her, for example, about her youth, of which she is very proud.

As a medium, Seiko follows the rules of coexistence between the living and the dead, which are not to disrespect the dead and send them to the afterlife, using force if necessary if they attack the living.
Seiko has a passion for food and believes that this should not be taken lightly, because "life begins with food." As a cook who cooks for Momo and her friends from time to time, she enjoys watching a man who knows how to eat, enjoying the food she has prepared, and is even inspired to cook more to satisfy his appetite. She was even willing to feed an entire restaurant full of Renjo High School students at her own expense. On the other hand, she doesn't like picky eaters.
Believing in spirits, Seiko does not believe in UFOs or aliens. Even after Momo brought Mr. Mantis Shrimp home as proof, Seiko only saw him as a mouthguard and didn't attach much importance to the alien spaceship after stealing the cow. She loves watching TV shows, and this is the only thing that brings her joy and laughter in life.

In her fight against the Evil Eye, it was shown that she was able to put enough physical strength into her bat to knock youkai down and leave a crater on the ground with one swing. During the confrontation with Turbo Granny, who captured Okarun, Seiko foresaw the youkai's strike from the blind spot and erected a mystical barrier in advance to protect herself. In addition, she was smart enough to prepare a narrow additional barrier to trap Turbo Granny, which allowed her to mercilessly beat Turbo Granny with a bat from different sides, and each blow knocked Turbo Granny out of the barrier, resulting in additional fire damage.
