Villains and heroes emerged when the powers began to appear, and they created academies to train future heroes and the UA Academy is number 1 in all of Japan is its staff and discipline, because the teachers are key to achieving good students who master both their powers and their ways of acting before different situations against enemies. In fact, it is for this very reason that many of the members of Class 1-A have advanced so much in such a short time. It is known for a hero as a symbol of peace who was trained there.

The UA Academy is so popular for preparing some of the best heroes of today, one of them is All Might, who is considered as a teacher of the establishment and Hero # 1 Symbol of Peace of Japan. As it has been explained during the course of the story, this hero stands out for his impressive strength, conviction, empathy and kindness. His gift is One For All, which has been inherited by Izuku Midoriya "Deku" and, therefore, he has been in charge of training his successor, although he has also shown up at the academy to help with the learning of the students in physical and tactical tasks.
Cementoss is one of the calmest and most serious characters you can find in the UA Academy. He is a modern literature teacher who, despite being more into the theoretical part, is also good at combat, especially because he cares about the well-being of others. His gift is Cement, a power that allows him to manipulate cement by touching a surface and, although it has no limit of use, his greatest weakness is being in places where there is no cement.
Present Mic is one of the most well-known teachers because since the beginning of the anime he has been introducing and directing many of the important tasks of the students of the UA Academy. However, the reality is that he is the English teacher and usually introduces all the events that happen for the simple fact that he loves doing it. This character has the Voice Quirk that gives him the ability to significantly increase the volume of his voice, so much so that it can make the ears of those affected bleed.
Of course, Eraser Head is one of the most beloved and well-known because he is the teacher in charge of Class 1-A at UA Academy. He is a very strict, cold, serious and direct person, since according to records, he has even expelled students when he thinks they are not suitable to become heroes.

His methods are very effective and he has one of the most interesting Gifts.

Midnight is the modern art history teacher at UA Academy. She is considered flirtatious, intelligent and striking, while her Quirk is Sleep Aroma, which is a power that serves to create a pink smoke that makes people who inhale it fall asleep instantly.
Very little is known about Ectoplasm, but he is one of the most interesting and mysterious characters of all. His appearance can easily be mistaken for that of a villain, although he is not, rather he lost his legs in a fight against an enemy and that is why he usually uses prosthetics. On the other hand, he has the ability to generate up to 30 clones of himself or one giant and strong one due to having the Gift of Clones.
Snipe is a professor with a cowboy appearance who has the Homing Gift, thanks to this ability he can alter the trajectory of his bullets to hit his target effectively.
Unlike the others, Power Loader is the master of the UA Academy's Suit Development Workshop. He is professionally trained to create, upgrade, and fix high-quality suits, and has the Gift of Iron Claws that gives him metal claws that serve to dig quickly.
Also known as Blood Hero, he is the teacher in charge of Class 1-B at UA Academy. His personality is protective, fun and serious when necessary, but the most striking thing about this character is his Blood Manipulation Quirk. With his special gloves, he can expel a certain amount of blood to manipulate it by guiding it or making it solid and, later, he can store it again in the gloves.

The other members of the cast include Aoyama Yuga, Ashido Mina, Asui Tsuyu, Lida Tenya, Urara Ochaco, Mashirao, Kaminari Ojiro, Kirishima Eiji, Koda Koji, Sato Rikido, Shoji Mezo, Jiro Kyoka, Sero Hanta, Tokoyami Fumikage, Todoroki Shota, Hagakure Toru, Bakugo Katsuki, Midoriya Izuku, Mineta Minoru, and Yaoyorozu Momo.

Yuga Aoyama - He appears to be a vain and prideful person, thinking of himself as superior to the rest of his classmates, especially in regards to his Quirk. He exhibits extremely extravagant mannerisms, likes to pose, and enjoys drawing attention from those around him despite being frequently ignored by his classmates. His expression rarely changes from a closed smile, even while talking or getting hurt, and is also prone to getting angry if interrupted or questioned. Yuga's sentences often end with a star symbol (☆) indicating an elegant tone. He also tends to play up his French heritage, occasionally implementing French words into his sentences. Yuga possesses a compassionate side and is shown to be sympathetic towards Izuku Midoriya, due to both of them having what he perceives to be highly self-harming and uncontrollable Quirks. Although he has a desire to have friends, Yuga rarely demonstrates the confidence to act on it. This is initially believed to be due to his insecurities and lack of social skills; and may unintentionally appear "creepy" to others, when in fact you have good intentions.
Mina Ashido: Mina is an energetic and cheerful girl who wears a big smile on her face most of the time. She is highly sociable and is almost always seen talking to someone next to her. Mina loves spending time with her friends and gets a little upset when she is denied the chance to be in a class reunion or meeting. Additionally, she has a strong sense of fashion and enjoys shopping. Due to her athleticism and energy, Mina is very skilled and enjoys dancing. Although she is normally happy-go-lucky, her behavior becomes more strict and perfectionist when teaching others how to dance. This side of her is in contrast to her usual nature, as she strives to achieve perfection and pass on her passion for dancing to others.
tsuyu asui: Tsuyu is a simple and relaxed person who always speaks directly

Tenya Lida: Tenya may appear stern, unfriendly, and even intimidating at first glance, but he is actually a very sincere, intelligent, disciplined, and noble person, also a bit clueless about personal interactions due to his elite upbringing. Thanks to his generally proactive, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor, Tenya often exhibits many peculiar tics such as moving his arms in strange patterns or sometimes shaking his own body uncontrollably, but he rarely sheds his usual strict expression. He tends to take everything very seriously and is known for his habit of jumping to conclusions and then enthusiastically speaking or acting based on said conclusions. He is obsessed with organization and discipline and expects his classmates to do the same, which often annoys them due to his generally loud and domineering nature. He is very humble, willing to admit his mistakes, apologize for his rude behavior, and improve in the areas he lacks.
Ochaco Uraraka: Ochaco has been described by students as "the most laid-back girl" among her class, being very bubbly and something of an airhead at times. She is often incredibly blunt without realizing it. Much like Izuku Midoriya, Ochaco's reactions tend to be exaggerated and humorous - she is often amused by certain personality traits and quirks that others exhibit, bursting into laughter at times, which she attempts to suppress. She is a very warm and lively person who thinks of everything positively, though she is objective enough to see flaws as well as virtues. Generally cheerful and sometimes giddy, Ochaco can adopt an extremely determined, focused, and somewhat intimidating attitude when the situation calls for it.
Ojiro's Mashirao:

He has a very calm and noble attitude, as well as a very deep sense of dignity, which prevents him from accepting results that he does not feel were obtained with his own abilities. He is also described as a hard worker.

Along with a strong sense of dignity, Mashirao can be described as shy, not very often enjoying the spotlight and easily embarrassed. He is rather humble but also reliable and focused during hero work. A recurring joke is that others tend to see him as "simple", something that deeply upsets him, showing that he is sensitive and aware of his own personality and abilities. When something makes him happy, he wags his tail in a similar way to a dog.
Denki Kaminari - Denki Kaminari is a kind, sociable, and energetic boy who enjoys talking to people. He's very good at making friends and is rather casual when interacting with others, including antagonistic figures such as Katsuki Bakugo or Hitoshi Shinso, though he's also not above petty complaining or overreacting if he feels sufficiently upset or shocked. Denki can come across as gruff and reckless at times, but he always means well. He's also a bit mischievous, occasionally joining in on pranks. Overall, it seems that Denki has an interest in appearing cool and hip to impress people, but has a shallow understanding of how to do so properly, such as when he arranged his room with things he thought would be cool and most of his classmates found it messy. Because of this, he is easily influenced by what is popular or stylish, even if it is due to the action of a Villain. Denki is somewhat flirtatious with the girls in his class (and even with those from other classes or schools), often accompanying Minoru Mineta in his schemes and trying to pass himself off as a smooth talker. However, he is not very lucky with his approaches, as his advances are ignored or rejected by all the girls.

When it comes to exams, he becomes increasingly agitated and aggressive. His general lack of wit and tact often makes Denki appear foolish in front of others, making him a common victim of ridicule (notably from Kyoka Jiro). Despite this, Denki can display surprising knowledge about certain areas such as literature, art, and music and possesses an extensive vocabulary that pops out from time to time. Denki quickly becomes distressed when put in stressful situations, to the point of appearing weak and incompetent to enemies and allies alike. During combat, he is very quick to panic and can accidentally activate his Quirk in the face of any danger.
eijiro Kirishima: Eijiro is a boisterous and outgoing type with a fondness for the concept of masculinity. Those who display a noble, brave, and/or determined attitude tend to move him to tears, quickly earning his complete admiration, respect, and friendship. He is also a huge fan of Crimson Riot, a retro hero whom he draws inspiration from, including personal values ​​and his own hero name. Eijiro is very honest and kind-hearted and follows a specific code of chivalry that motivates him to live without regret. His respectful attitude means that he is easily able to make friends with most people, particularly those who display as much determination as he does. Eijiro is very loyal and dedicated to his friends, and is even willing to break laws and regulations to help them, regretting that he is unable to come to their aid. Eijiro has a strong sense of responsibility, sometimes being very hard on himself for any negative outcomes that befall him or his friends.
Koji Koda: Contrary to his flamboyant appearance, Koji is a very shy and quiet person. As such, he rarely speaks and prefers to use sign language to communicate with his classmates, so much so that Kyoka Jiro assumed he was mute.

Koji suffers from Entomophobia, he has a deathly fear of insects, and the mere sight of them makes him scream and run away in fear. However, Koji is able (reluctantly) to put this fear aside if it means helping his comrades.
Rikido Sato: He is surprisingly talented at making sweets, winning over his classmates with his cooking. The fact that Rikido was taken by surprise by this overly positive reaction suggests that he himself doesn't think much of his own abilities as a pastry chef.
Mezo Shoji: Despite his scary appearance, Mezo is a very kind and gentle person who will work well with anyone. Not the type to hold grudges, he shows no ill will towards those who unintentionally hurt him. Mezo is quite selfless and is willing to risk his life for a friend. He can be empathetic and understanding, but still displays a sense of maturity and responsibility that prevents him from acting on emotional impulses, even if he feels regretful about it. It is evident that he is very protective of his classmates, especially if they are hurt. The Ultra Archive book states that his feelings for his friends are stronger than anyone else's and he doesn't mind sacrificing himself.
Kyoka Jiro: Kyoka has a pragmatic, unenthusiastic, and mocking personality which is mostly shown to those she finds irritating, such as her classmate Denki Kaminari whose lack of ideas makes him an easy target for her snide remarks. However Kyoka is not always like this, as she enjoys socializing with others and spending time with her friends, in which case she is usually pleasant and friendly. She can be quite aggressive, as evidenced when she uses the headphones her Quirk provides to physically punish people when provoked or to keep them in line, especially Denki and Minoru Mineta. Despite the fact that she is shown to be cold and indifferent,

Kyoka also has a much more sensitive side, she is very defensive with her friends, she is empathetic to the feelings of others and she gets nervous when her talents and abilities are praised.
hanta sero: Hanta is a very friendly person and has shown to be one of the most sociable members of Class 1-A. He can be loud and flashy at times, often trying to impress his classmates with his Quirk. He is often the only person to call out his classmates when they are acting crazy. He is quite comical and often takes part in pranks with his classmates. However when it comes to his job, Hanta is a brave hero in training who wishes to prosper on his own while helping others do the same. He easily makes friends with those around him and comes across as a very laid-back guy.
Fumikage Tokoyami: Fumikage is reserved, serious, and focused, though noble and brave. Though he doesn't talk much, he usually ignores questions or requests he deems pointless (such as when Tenya Iida asked him not to sit at the desk), using that silence as a sort of ongoing joke. However, when he joins up with others, he becomes more sociable, helping his teammates, showing them his trust, and thanking them for their efforts. Fumikage is fond of darkness and other related concepts, considering himself a "creature of darkness" and employing archaic-sounding speeches that end up painting him as a bit creepy or dramatic. However, Fumikage is a bit insecure about his interests due to them being more on the arcane side, possessing a great deal of humility, being aware of his own limits and understanding when it's time to back off. He takes any advice he takes to heart and uses it to try and improve his Quirk and skills, showing great determination to keep up with top heroes like Hawks. Fumikage thinks little of fame and idolatry

Fumikage is loyal and protective towards those he holds dear and cherishes. He is capable of going as far as risking his life to save those he loves.
Shoto Todoroki: Noticeably more sociable and kind, he even gained a sense of humor and occasionally smiles, though he still retains some fragments of his previous aloof attitude. After the Remedial Course, he began to open up more to his classmates and has eased up on his usually serious demeanor. Nonetheless, Shoto is still not used to socializing, as he comes across as a bit dense when it comes to understanding certain ways of speaking. While generally quiet and reserved, Shoto initially possessed a moderate level of arrogance, which combined with his solitary tendencies, sometimes caused him to take the initiative without considering the opinions of others, showing confidence that he could face any obstacle with his own strength.
Toru Hagakure: She is a cheerful and easy-going girl who does most things with an optimistic attitude, even if she is manipulated into doing so. She is very socially eager and seems to enjoy shopping. Her room suggests that she likes stuffed animals and other cute things.
katsuki bakugou: He has a superiority complex, always wanting to be the best in everything and trying to prove it at all costs; However, even with those traits, he knows how to admit well when he has been defeated. In battle he tends to be quite bloodthirsty and aggressive, even to the point of turning the word "shine" into a crutch. His brutal fighting style is shown in the battle test, in which he mercilessly attacks Izuku and destroys without caution everything in the enclosed environment they were in. Despite this and regardless of his lack of compassion, he has been recognized for his enormous talent and sharpness in fighting, since he not only attacks and destroys, he is also capable of using his Quirk to move in the air. He had to reluctantly cooperate with his companions.

Izuku: He has become more self-confident and brave, to the point of developing leadership skills. He is very diligent and strong-willed. Since he greatly admires heroes and has always dreamed of being one ever since he was a child, he has a habit of writing down everything he knows about heroes in his notebook, including other U.A. students. He has developed a keen analytical mind and is easily able to form complex plans in very short amounts of time, often taking advantage of the Quirks of his allies to set them in motion. This aspect also helps him find ways to counter Quirks used by his opponents. Izuku also has a tendency to overthink anything that catches his attention, which leads to endless mumbling on his part (which tends to annoy the people around him quite a bit). He is very humanitarian, and will never hesitate to rescue someone in danger, even if he knows he is not strong enough to do so. Often, he does this on a whim, taking a generally more careless approach. Izuku has also been shown to be generous enough to try and help people with personal and emotional problems, even if they don't concern him, claiming that a hero is someone who meddles in other people's lives. Izuku's heroic spirit is acknowledged by many, having earned the loyalty and gratitude of many people. Izuku is also a very sentimental boy and prone to getting carried away by his emotions. This is why he has often allowed himself to be provoked. When Hitoshi Shinso insulted Ojiro, Izuku allowed himself to be provoked and reacted immediately, falling under the ability of his Quirk despite being previously warned not to. When he reacts, he usually takes a reckless and imprudent attitude, without measuring the consequences of his actions, in which he almost always ends up harming his body.

Minoru Mineta: He is a perverted and repulsive person with others of his opposite gender, always harassing girls (especially Momo Yaoyorozu), doing everything possible to touch them or relate to them in a desperate and ridiculous way, even going so far as to want to spy on them at the slightest opportunity. Mineta is still a pervert but his perversion was considerably reduced, proving to be able to control perverted desires and thoughts if the situation warrants it. He went from wanting to hide to having great courage, enough to fight and stand in front of the greatest villain in the world so that he would not steal his partner's quirk, fought in the final battle. Minoru Mineta is a better version of him currently.
Momo Yaoyorozu: Momo is an intelligent, strong, dedicated individual, and a born leader. She possesses outstanding analytical skills, allowing her to effectively formulate plans and strategies. Thanks to the versatility of her Quirk, she has no trouble executing these strategies successfully. Momo can be a bit blunt with her explanations, but that's because she wants her classmates to improve and become great heroes, proving to be very understanding and empathetic. As such, she is also willing to help her classmates study alongside her. Momo seems to quite enjoy being in a teaching position - Momo can be very serious, but can stoop to falling into absurd situations with the rest of her class, such as cheerleading (though she rarely expresses enthusiasm when doing so). Also, when she does show her excitement (usually when spending time with her classmates), she becomes quite upbeat and adorably "bouncy".

Yuga Aoyama: Yuga is a young man with a slim build and a rather feminine face. He has long, blonde hair, combed and flattened around most of his head, spiked and sticking out to the sides at the bottom, with a side fringe that curves upwards a bit before it falls down. He has noticeably long eyelashes and bright indigo eyes, giving him the appearance of a young prince.
Mina Ashido: Mina is a girl of medium height, possibly a bit broader than some of her other classmates with healthy thighs. Due to her Quirk, her skin is a light pinkish hue and she has rather square eyes, their sclera black and irises bright yellow, with noticeably long eyelashes underneath and around the sides. Her face is framed by short, fluffy, unruly hair that is a pleasant pinkish color, slightly darker than that of her skin. She has two pale yellow antennae protruding from her head.
Tsuyu Asui: Tsuyu is a short girl with a relatively slender build, compared to her classmates, who has especially large hands. Her appearance is rather frog-like; she has a very wide mouth, which dips slightly in the middle like that of a common frog, and oval eyes with large black irises, her lower eyelashes visibly pronounced, and she also displays some frog-like mannerisms, such as hopping on all fours instead of running, and holding herself in a manner that is somewhat connotative of a frog. Her hair is a dark sea-green color, and is very long, reaching down to her waist, with the ends tied together at the bottom in a bun. She has two shoulder-length bangs framing her face, and shorter bangs between her eyes, some of them partially swept to either side.

Tenya Lida: Tenya is a relatively tall and muscular young man with a broad frame. He has short, dark blue hair that is straight and cropped to the left of his head, a shaved nape, and rather square eyes that match the noticeably pointed shape of his jaw. He usually has a serious expression and his eyebrows appear to be permanently furrowed, rather thin and long, the far ends being tightly hooked inwards, and he wears glasses with rectangular lenses. Due to his Quirk he possesses incredibly thick calves that are shaped like car engines, with three silver exhaust pipes protruding from each.
Ochaco Uraraka: Ochaco is a short girl with a slim but feminine build. She is fair-skinned with a perpetual blush on her cheeks. Her eyes are large and round, her hair is a warm brown with fairly thick upper eyelashes.
Mashirao Ojiro: Mashirao is a young man with a muscular build and has short, blond hair swept to the front of his head. He has thin eyes with no lower eyelashes and a long, thick tail with a furry tip.
eijiro Kirishima: Eijiro is a muscular young man of average height, with a fairly developed physique due to his training. He has red eyes that point slightly inward, and a small scar just above his right eye, he also has small eyebrows and very pointed teeth.
Koji Koda: Koji is a tall, broad, muscular young man with peach-colored skin. His head takes the form of a rock, which is unevenly shaped and points to the top of his head and his jaw is square-shaped.
Rikido Sato: Rikido is a tall, very muscular, broad-built young man. His brown hair is short and sticks up away from his head, he has rather small, square-shaped eyes with small black pupils, a pair of bushy eyebrows just above them. He has very full lips.

Mezo Shoji: Mezo is a tall, muscular young man with pale grey hair swept forward, covering most of his face, slanting down at almost a right angle over his eye. He has six arms, all linked together by a web of skin, which are very strong physically and even though his Quirk is not in use, only the two front arms have hands, the rest ending in thin stumps. His Quirk has been kept hidden by a blue mask, which covers him from below his eyes to the base of his neck.
Kyoka Jiro: Kyoka is a girl of small stature, fair skin, and slender build. She has triangular, lazy-looking onyx eyes with noticeably long lower eyelashes and rather small eyebrows. Her hair is short, only reaching around her chin and is dark violet in color with an asymmetrical fringe and two heart sound wave-like highlights on either side of her head. Her most prominent features are the flexible, plug-like headphone jacks hanging from each of her earlobes at the end of two thin wires, which act as extra limbs; she seems to be able to control them at will and they are very flexible, able to change length if she so chooses.
hanta sero: Hanta is a tall, thin young man with chin-length black hair that is spiked downwards, with uneven bangs reaching halfway down his forehead. He has almond-shaped eyes, usually stretched quite far and rather large, straight teeth that dominate his smile, according to Katsuki Bakugo and Midnight he has a rather plain face. His elbows are shaped like cylindrical tape dispensers, from which he fires his Quirk.
fumikage tokoyami: Fumikage is a short young man with the head of a black bird, possibly supposed to resemble a crow. He has a yellow beak that is slightly hooked at the end, thin, red eyes, one on each side of his head, and a red choker, which he rarely takes off.

shoto todoroki: shoto is a tall young man measuring 1.76 and well built for his age being 15 years old. He has slightly long hair although it does not pass his neck, he wears bangs divided twice so as not to obscure his vision. His hair is evenly divided between two colors: white on his right side and crimson red on his left, this unusual color is due to his peculiarity. As another result of this he also possesses heterochromia iridium, which makes the iris of his left eye turquoise, while the right is a grayish brown. His eyes are quite thin and reserved and he also has a large burn scar on the left side of his face, extending from his hairline to the middle of his cheek. he is very handsome.
toru hagakure: Toru is a rather short girl with a completely invisible body. She is only identifiable through held or worn objects, such as pieces of clothing and accessories, and when she is clothed, her body appears to be slim but quite curvy.
Bakugou Katsuki: Katsuki is a young boy of average height, with a slim, muscular build and a fair skin tone. He has short, spiky, ash-blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp and bright scarlet in color. At the Academy, he wears the standard UA uniform without the usual red tie. Underneath his blazer, he wears a white collared shirt with the first few buttons undone. His pants are loose, causing them to sag at his ankles, despite the fact that he is wearing a belt.
Izuku Midoriya: Izuku Midoriya is a 17-year-old teenager of medium height, he has freckles, messy hair, and in the colored illustrations of the manga, his hair and eyes are also teal, while in the anime they are dark mint green. He is thin but has a toned body thanks to his training with All Might.

Minoru Mineta: than most other characters. Only measuring 1 meter and 8 centimeters tall, he has a huge head with large dark purple or black eyes and his hair resembles a bunch of grapes of the same purple color.
momo yaoyorozu: Momo is a young and attractive woman with a very mature physique for her age, also being one of the tallest students in Class 1-A. She has elongated eyes, fair skin, and dull black hair with a straight, spiky lock hanging over her forehead on the right side, her hair is tied in a large, spiky ponytail.

bakugou calls izuku "deku" and izuku calls bakugou "kacchan" to each other. they have known each other since childhood. their relationship is more complex and deeper than it is since bakugou always wanted to surpass izuku in some way when he felt threatened by izuku's security and concern for him and he came to misinterpret it as if izuku took bakugou as someone weak.
Izuku has a notebook with information about the powers and how the hero suit of his classmates, including his teacher, works.
Professor Aizawa always expels students who he thinks have no potential, for that reason the entire class stays in line so as not to provoke Aizawa, to set a good example and not be expelled.
Each class has a workshop student assigned to make a hero suit or weapon work so that it is compatible with their quirk. Class A's student is called Mei Hatsume, with her own workshop where she is always making inventions and even selling certain artifacts.

He is a tall, thin, pale-skinned man with messy shoulder-length black hair that hangs partially in front of his face and half-open black eyes. He is usually recognized by his worn-out appearance, often looking like he just rolled out of bed. His facial hair remains unkempt and his eyes almost always look tired and flat. He sports a ragged black outfit consisting of a long-sleeved shirt and matching pants that fit over his boots. He also wears a utility belt and his wraparound scarf at all times. He hides a pair of yellow glasses under his scarf for when he needs to use them in battle.

Mei is an intelligent, friendly, and easygoing, though sometimes annoying, girl. She loves creating gadgets, which she refers to as her "super cute babies". She also has a habit of "getting straight to the point" and is very quick to talk. Mei is very shameless when it comes to promoting her inventions, participating in the Sports Festival just to get some department to contact her for sponsorship, even going so far as to trick Tenya Iida before his match in order to better promote her inventions. Mei shows no fear of failing, seeing mistakes as opportunities to learn and do better next time, and thus does not care too much if her inventions fail. Mei can be considered self-centered due to the fact that she focuses her attention on her gadgets and inventions even more than on others, but said selfishness does not seem to be a negative aspect, being instead one of her motivations to better herself. While talking to people, Mei has a habit of approaching them awkwardly, which usually causes them to shy away from her and become easily distracted, even becoming completely oblivious to her surroundings. Mei can be quite forgetful, forgetting the names of Tenya, Izuku Midoriya, and Ochaco Uraraka when she meets them again, and seems inept at reading body language and social cues.
