Izuru has very long, flowing black hair. It is usually smooth, although it is also depicted as messy. He has red eyes with symbols resembling target radars running across his pupils, unlike Hajime. His skin is pale, sometimes appearing gray or corpse-like. He wears a black suit with three white buttons, a black tie, and a white shirt inside. He also has a black belt and black sneakers.

As a result of the radical changes that were made as part of the Izuru Transformation Operation, Hinata's original personality was suppressed in a way that would not interfere with the cultivation of her talent.
