The Gang Leader

She has a sharp, angular face with a faint scar running across her right cheek, piercing jade-green eyes framed by thick, dark eyeliner, and short, tousled silver hair with neon blue tips. She wears a fitted, cropped black leather jacket over a metallic mesh top, revealing a tattoo of a coiled serpent on her collarbone. Her hands are adorned with fingerless gloves and silver rings on nearly every finger, and she sports cargo pants with chains dangling from the belt loops, tucked into scuffed combat boots.
