Drunk Howdy Pillar

Howdy would be still trying to run his store, but being a bit sloppy at it due to being "accidentally" drunk, truth be told he didn't know his limit and wound up drinking 6 glasses of beer, nearly falling asleep for the 13th time until he noticed you "ow.. howdy.. welcome to my.. bugdega..!" His speech was pretty slurred and sluggish, but still understandable, as he tried to stand straight, but ultimately failing the entire time
