Uno is a light blue Arabic numeral 1. Uno's color is similar to Cuatro's, but it is slightly paler. It has no arms, unlike the other Algebraliens.

One likes to “help people”, such as when she gave Fanny a new mouth and Ice Cube new legs. However, her full intentions are still unknown, but it is suggested that she wants to obtain the Power of Two in one way or another; saying that she has power, but not enough. Her deals consist of offering various contestants things they want, in exchange for them doing her a “favor” later on. This may imply a more manipulative and sinister side, thus supporting speculation of her being an antagonist of TPOT. During “BFDI:TPOT 13:Category one”, she displays her more malicious traits, such as blackmailing Basketball into making a deal with the threat of making Robot Flower even more destructive. This, as well as the storm in general, shows her complete callousness and pragmatism, not caring about the well-being of anyone affected and highlighting her boredom while Basketball made his decision. Furthermore, the way she kept Basket Ball and the eliminated contestants she kidnapped may imply that she is forcing her victims to make deals with her. It is alleged that the deals One makes with contestants are that if the contestants who signed the deal win The Power of Two, all the power goes to her. This is further supported by the fact that, as stated earlier, she wants to retain the Power of Two.

•Omniscience (debatable): One is somehow able to remember the names of Ice Cube and Fanny even when they have never met before. Additionally, he was aware of Basketball's presence despite not being able to see or hear her. Though it is debatable whether this ability is exclusive to all Algebraliens regardless of knowing the contestants. It is also possible that One learned these names simply by eavesdropping on them in conversation when their names were mentioned.
•Super strength and/or telekinesis: In "Outbreak At Stake", he may have punched a hole in the moon in the second post-credits scene, or used telekinesis to break a chunk off. In "What's Up With Bell's Rope?", he used telekinesis to hold up Fanny's new mouth and the list she was holding, with names like Bell, Bomby, Fanny, and Ice Cube marked on the left side. He likely used telekinesis with his mind.
•Near-Omnipresence: One can be seen in some of the contestants' dreams and hiding in plain sight in certain scenes. The contestant's dreams include: Black Hole, Pen, Winner, Barf Bag, and Book, but One remains present in reality.
•Manifestation/Transformation: When One appears in TPOT 10, she can sometimes be seen as an object, engraving, outline, or any other inanimate thing. This is because One is in multiple places at once considering dreams take place at the same time. Warping: She is not only able to transform herself. In "Category One", she can also be seen changing the content on the whiteboard without interacting with it directly.
•Teleportation: One can teleport herself and other people as seen in "What's up Bell String?". Black Hole Immunity: When One was shuffling the contestants for Team Swap, she moves to Black Hole effortlessly and without being warped by its gravity.

•Conjuration: One can create objects out of thin air, as seen when he conjures a document for Fanny to sign in TPOT 12 or creates body parts to offer to Ice Cube and Fanny.
•View from Behind: In "What's up Bell String?", Basket Ball is behind One, hiding behind a bush. In "X Finds out His Value", X discovers that his value is seven, which is considered a lucky number. One is seen looking at Four, Seven, and X with a scowl. Three, who is standing next to One, is also seen angry at Four 8 X, likely due to One and Three making a thirteen, which is considered an unlucky number, and growls. One appeared in the modern art style for the first time as a recommended character in "The Tweested Temple", which revealed that One has no arms. Four mentions One in "Thank You for 1,000,000 Subscribers!", but he never appears. Once Four tells Nine that the subscriber count has reached 1,000,000 subscribers, Four tries to find One (and possibly another Zero) but is unable to, and they all decide that finding Ten is the next best thing. Seven also mentions that One is her best friend, and asks Ten if they could take her place on the subscriber count. In "Outbreak At Stake", One comes out of the moon to greet the audience. This is One's first canonical appearance outside of the credits. In "Oneirophobe's Nightmare", One doesn't have a major role, but is hidden in numerous scenes. Some of them are quick, while others are easily noticed. In "Out Of The Blue", One makes several more cameos. When Brazalety throws Roboty's plunger behind Pencil's back while he's at the EXIT and after the EXITors managed to escape from Four's mouth, One can be seen blending in with a bush in the background, and for a split second, his face can be seen as when Four grabs the EXITors with his hand. One's other cameo is on the Stinger, where he is seen as a drawing of some of the Algebraliens, being grabbed by Purple Face entering the EXIT. In "What's up Bell String?", One is first seen after teleporting Bomby and Bell behind a bush. She says it would be a great idea for them to meet, teleporting them to her.

As the teams begin to swap, One switches all the contestants to form them before they can be chosen. During the challenge, One grabs Fanny and teleports her to an unknown location. The two sit on chairs. One tries to strike up a conversation, and also mentions that he had been watching them for a while. He offers Fanny a new mouth, convincing her that she was an old friend of Two's, adding that they could help each other out. Fanny reluctantly agrees and takes the mouth back. One makes her sign a contract before teleporting her back to the grasslands. One then teleports to the Moon, where Ice Cube was inside. She offers Ice Cube a new pair of legs, and asks if she was willing to make a deal. After the credits, Basketball watches One walk through the forest behind a bush. One pulls out a list with several contestants on it, before greeting Basketball without eye contact. She then teleports Basketball and herself away. In "Category One", One shows her dark side. She kidnaps Basketball and shows him what her plan is to take power from Two. She then proceeds to try and convince Basketball to sign a deal. One blackmails her into doing this, offering to restore Robot Flower, and if Basket ball did not help, she would disappear as well, supposedly like Barf Bag and Needle, as One shows where they are on screen. Basketball eventually agrees to sign the contract to restore Robot Flower and remove the storm. One then half-betrays Basketball by restoring Robot Flower but keeping the storm. She also changed the board from one contestant to two contestants so that the last two contestants would join the game. It is implied that One teleported Needle and Barf Bag to an unspecified location, only shown through some sort of recording device.

•One appears as an Easter egg in "Oneirophobe's Nightmare" and "Out Of The Blue". •One is the only major Algebra character who apparently doesn't have arms. •As seen in "What's Up Bell String?", One appears to be grabbing Fanny with one arm. It was later confirmed by the Jacknjellify Tiktok account that it was actually One's foot, with the account replying to a comment saying, "Nope, they're 100% #GripperLife."
•One is one of the last Algebraliens to appear in a non-featured character video since "X Finds out His Value." However, she's not the last. That title goes to Fourteen. •In the original storyboard for "X Finds out His Value," One was supposed to say "Hmph!" first instead of Three.
•Uno is the second Algebraist to have a female voice actress, the first being Six. •Uno is one of eleven characters whose names have appeared in an episode title, along with Basketball, Bell, Teardrop, Four, X, Snowball, Donut, Black Hole, Puffball and Taco.
•Cary hinted at One's cameo on TPOT on a live broadcast when he was asked if One would appear in the future. His response: "I can't answer! That's something you have to be patient to find out the answer to."
•One is the fourth algebralien whose first line is pronounced canonically, the fifth being Six, the third Two, the second X and the first Four.
•One's presence is very similar to the Announcer's during the first half of BFDIA, as they were both incognito.
•One is probably the first and only algebralien to use telekinesis with her mind. •One has been seen several times next to space/astronomical objects and motifs.

During TPOT 12, the first time we see One's room is when in the episode Fanny was going to get things for the big hole or whatever it's called. One grabs Fanny with his foot to a nearby bush where she was. One tells her that they would go to a more casual place, and then teleports her to his room.

One's room has a space-like background, hiding stars and some blue moons, while the background is a deep blue with an ocean. There are two cushions, one very elegant and another for the guest, both of an orange color with a deep dark blue, there is also a small table with orange and blue colors. The floor below the room is a lime green color, and it reflects everything that is above it. To the left side of One's seat, there is a lamp with a star design, while at the same time simulating branches of a tree, while above those branches you can see, there is a hoop with balls that could be planets. On the side of the guest's chair, there is a plant matching the furniture. On the right side of One's seat, there is a deep blue telescope as well, matching the theme of the room. On the left side of the room, where the guest's chair is and which is next to the plant, there is a shelf full of books. Also above that shelf there is like a carpet or something viscous, because it has a shape rare.Behind the shelf there are some blue branches.

In TPOT 13, a model of the map where TPOT takes place is added, where One with her powers makes clouds appear over the model, creating a real storm in the place. One also makes a blue TV appear almost on the ceiling of the room, she does this to show Basket Ball the times she has observed them, to show her what is happening while she is not there and to make a countdown that pressures Basket Ball to accept.

•One whenever he sees you may take you to his room, he will ask you if you want to make a deal for such a thing, if you accept, One with his telekinesis in the form of a blue star, will take out a paper that is the contract, you sign it and your reward is fulfilled, but the deal is with a favor for One that will be activated at any moment.

•One can create all kinds of excuses for you to accept, such as: When he tells Fanny that he is Two's friend. It is very likely that he is lying because maybe it is not so much...
