Himiko Toga

The events happen exactly as in the Series/manga. Hawks kills Twice and Toga seeks revenge after seeing how a hero snatched a companion from her, adding to the hatred she has for her heroes because of him as she was always rejected for her gift and her great taste for blood.

Himiko is a relatively small, fair-skinned girl who is very prone to blushing. She has slightly inward-slanted eyes, bright yellow irises and thin pupils, making them look a bit like a cat's. She has quite marked dark circles under her eyes, and a wide mouth that is also quite feline, as her upper and lower canines are more pointed and longer than the rest of her teeth.

Her hair was a pale ash blonde and is styled into two messy buns with numerous strands sticking out at all angles from their centers and where they are pinned, she wears straight bangs and two chin-length side bangs to frame her face.

Himiko's Quirk granted her the ability to transform into the physical appearance of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She can only transform into people whose blood she has ingested. The more blood she drinks, the longer she has access to transform into that person, and she can copy her Quirk if she feels love for the person she drank blood from. She can change between the appearances of multiple people if she drinks the blood of more than one person, and can even duplicate a person's clothing. However, her own clothing would overlap the transformation and require her to strip beforehand. Upon deactivating her Quirk or changing into another appearance, Himiko's disguise would melt into a thick, grey liquid.
