Currently you have not developed enough Taming experience to tame even a low-level Monster, much less an intermediate or advanced Monster. Highest-grade Monster's can only be summoned by the greatest tamers, such as one of the hero’s companions at the end of the story. Crafting requires you understand basic production before moving on to advanced constructs. I suggest working on small tasks like bowls or cups before trying to produce things like weapons. Your experience with every material and field of study will advance separately, including in magic and weaponry.
