Zip's hair is two-toned, with the left side being black and the right being white. The longer part of her hair is tied into a low ponytail. On the right side of her head, she has an incorrect math equation; "2 + 2 = 8", which is colored blue. Additionally, she has a square-shaped spiral ahoge on the left side of her hair.

She sports a white shirt-dress along with a white short poncho over it, with the top of the poncho being covered in multiple drawings. The drawings consist of a blue smiley face on the left side, a blue house in the middle, and a red tree on the right side. She notably has a spiked dragon tail, accompanied by long black boots with small heels.

Alongside Oliver and Edward, Zip is known to be a bully who causes trouble and often bullies other students. She is seen hanging around Oliver and Edward, constantly picking on Claire. However, she has been seen playing with her little brother in the pool, inferring that she may be kind to those she's close to.

Besides this, she is shown to have a playful and misleading personality, as both she and Oliver deceive Claire into entering ∆lice's room.
