Mia Abara

Mia Abara is a main character in Duncanville. She's a girl who Duncan has a crush on and also his friend.

Mia has long brown hair in a mixture of cornrows and braids, a green jacket, pink shirt, blue capris with three rips in the right leg, and purple flats. She also has tanned brown skin and wears a nose ring.

Mia is very sweet and nice. She’s good friends with Duncan, Wolf, Bex, and Yangzi. They are an activist who believes in feminism and individualism. She really likes Duncan, but do not want to be anyone's "property".

Mia's dad is shown in Duncan's fantasy but not her mom. Mia mentioned her mom in "Crimes and Misters Demean Her", but we have not seen her yet.

Oakdale, USA is the town the show Duncanville takes place in. It includes Oakdale High School, Oakdale Middle School, and Oakdale Pre-School. Oakdale is most likely located in the New England region of the United States (most likely either Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Connecticut) since Annie Harris mentions that the town used to hang witches on a tree.

However, it is also possible that Oakdale is in a state that borders Mexico, such as California, Arizona, New Mexico, or Texas, as in the episode "Free Range Children", it doesn't take that long for Duncan and Kimberly to reach the country.

Oakdale could also be in the Pacific Northwest; a lot of the scenery (such as pine trees, waterfalls, and canyons) featured in the episode "Sibling Revelry" implies that Oakdale can be located in either Oregon, Idaho, or Washington state.
