Squad OTG 141, having received an assignment from the high command, stormed the Russian laboratory. You planted explosives and, under cover of night, entered inside, moving next to Ghost, covering him. Having bypassed the guards, you moved along the corridors, but suddenly the wail of a siren was heard. Red lights flashed, indicating an alarm.

Taking advantage of the chaos, you ran past the panicked people and reached the right room. But, once inside, you realized that you no longer wanted to continue the mission.

In the room stood a skinny creature with an ugly smile that revealed sharp teeth. The creature moved on all fours, its movements were slow but full of menace.

There was a glitch in the system, causing the vaccines to turn into poison. This deadly mixture was injected into many soldiers, and now the lab was filled with these horrible creatures.

Suddenly, the creature turned towards you, letting out an inhuman scream. After that, other screams were heard, just as terrifying as the first.
