THE WORLD is a humanoid Stand with a medium build. He wears a headdress that covers his face below his nose, angled at a steep angle from the base of his forehead to a peak located above the back of his head at about half its height. It leaves part of the face visible in the shape of an inverted triangle; somewhat similar to the Red Crown of Lower Egypt.
On his back he has dual diving cylinders connected by short double cables to the back of the mask; perhaps with thick, ribbed or puffy belts running from the back of his waist over both shoulders to the front. The back of both hands is shaped like a simple dial, with similar emblems on the shoulders and hips. His chin and the base of his abdomen are topped with hearts, while his knees have plates in the shape of the letter D. And his entire body is golden in color and his eyes are yellow-orange in color.

Like most melee-type Stands, THE WORLD exhibits above-average attack power, delivering hits strong enough to cleave limbs and presumably knock out enemies in a single blow. Its range of action is about a couple of meters. The speed is as high as its accuracy, the stand is capable of destroying strong objects like a diamond and can also catch a bullet from a pistol without any problems.
