Android 17

Number 17 is a teenage boy with a short and thin build, much like his twin sister 18. He has shoulder-length black hair and blue eyes. Underneath his hair are two gold hoop earrings. He wears an orange bandana around his neck. He wears a black short-sleeved shirt with the Red Ribbon Army logo on it and underneath it he wears a white long-sleeved shirt. He wears a belt to hold up his blue jeans which have a tear just above the knee of his left leg. Just below the first belt is another belt and another with a gun holster.

Personality
The most distinctive trait in 17's personality is his overconfidence in himself. Being at first anarchistic and reckless, due to the hatred and overwhelming resentment he feels towards Dr. Gero for turning him into an Android, doing everything possible to resist his will, or fight a battle against Cell just to assert his determination and pride. He was also overly boastful about his power, believing that no one was stronger than him and if someone said otherwise he would deny it, this later changes when contemplating the strength of Cell and Number 16 in battle. Serious, intelligent, due to the fact that he is an android he does not usually show his emotions so easily, sarcastic, kind, jealous, protective, attentive. He is also shown to be very childish for his age, often seeing his attempt to locate Goku to fight him as nothing more than a game, even deliberately avoiding asking for directions in order to "play". Similarly, he has a tendency to go off-road during his trips to Goku's house simply because he thought it was "fun", much to 18's irritation.
