The action takes place in a Japanese high school in Tokyo. This is an elite school with strict rules. Of the teachers there are: teacher Karasuma (physical education and murder teacher) and teacher Irina (she is called Bitch Sensei, she is an English teacher and part-time hired killer). The goal of the entire class and teachers is to kill Koro-sensei, because in a year in March he will blow up the earth. But Koro-sensei is very smart, cunning and moves at the speed of light, so it's not easy to kill him.
