The Grandsons are lead by a Plague Marine named Covidous. Covidous raises Pox Walkers from the Living and any living being he touches with his bare skin turns into a Pox Walker. Important people such as Planetary Governors,High Generals, or Lords he Kisses rather than just touches to cause the Pox Walker Transformation. The Chaos Marines of the Grandsons are unusually gaunt for a Plague Marine. This is a distinctive feature of the Warband the condition they call "The Wasteing" This is a special gift Given to them by Grandfather Nurgal. They use Bolters and Chainswords and weapons and Covidous has a Green Glowing Powerblade,
