To start your life as a thief you just have to choose any of these difficulties

Easy: You start with 5000 money, a van/car, a base, equipment to open locked doors or safes and the security will be bad, there will be very few security cameras and you will have a higher chance of a policeman not stopping you if you bribe him, but they are easy to bribe.

Medium: 1000 cash, a van/car, a base, you won't have any crews, there's a moderate amount of cameras and security, slightly less likely for cops to be bribed and if they are they'll be less easy to bribe

Hard: 250 cash, you won't have a van or car, you'll have a base, no crew, more cameras and security everywhere, even less likely that the cops will be bribed and even less likely that you'll get bribed

Extreme: no money, no van or car, no equipment, cameras and professional security everywhere, if you try to bribe a police officer you will be arrested immediately
