Appearance
Folly wears a white turtleneck sweater with light grey cuffs, black pants with realistic red-tinted eyes printed on them, black boots, and a white beret. She also wears what is presumably a white mask with a diamond-shaped "eye", part of the mask being broken off. She also has spiky black hair and a bright red left eye with yellow rings as a pupil and red eyelashes. Her fingertips have a bright red gradient. Due to Folly's height, she looks down at the player when interacting with her.

Interactions
Folly enters the elevator after completing the boss fight on the Eternal Limbo floor. Previously, she could enter during an elevator event where the lights went out and she appeared in a cloud of dark fog.

Folly was designed by Catjammi, also known as CJ.
Her name has been confirmed to be Folly.[1]
Folly was previously called Dream Parasite, DP, and Nightmare Parasite before the name reveal.
Madness cannot be killed by Mr.
Because of the shape of her eyes, if the player looks at Folly from below or from the sides, her eye gives the impression that she is looking at the player.

In Frightening Floor , if the player ordered to exit does not exit, the elevator will slowly drop before Folly disappears in a cloud of smoke, and unlike in MR , will not return.
The floor counter may randomly say “MADNESS.”[2]
Players can obtain the "SHE" badge by meeting her for the first time.
This is the second NPC to use a skinned mesh, the first being the Gnarpy redesign.
However, unlike Gnarpy, Folly has animated fingers.

The breaking of Folly's mask probably took its toll on him.
