One suggests that Quirks arose due to an unknown disease transmitted by mice, while another theory posits that they are a natural evolution of humanity.

The emergence of quirks caused a great deal of initial chaos. Society had to quickly adapt to the existence of people with extraordinary abilities. This led to the formation of heroes and villains, and eventually to the creation of laws and systems to regulate the use of quirks.

Social and Legal Changes

1. Heroes and Villains: Over time, individuals emerged who used their quirks to protect others, known as heroes, and those who used them for their own selfish purposes, known as villains.
2. Regulation and Education: Academies, such as UA High School, were established to train future heroes and teach them how to use their quirks responsibly.

Motivations of the League of Villains

1. Destroy All Might: One of the League's main goals is to eliminate All Might, the Symbol of Peace. They believe that by doing so, they will destabilize the heroic society and show that the world is still dangerous and violent.

2. Create Chaos and Destruction: Tomura Shigaraki, the current leader, has a deep desire to destroy everything that represents peace and order. His hatred towards All Might and the hero society drives him to cause chaos and destruction.

3. Recruit and Strengthen: The League is constantly looking to recruit new members with powerful quirks to strengthen their organization. This includes marginalized individuals dissatisfied with current society.

4. Quirk Liberation: After merging with the Super Power Liberation Army, the League also adopts the ideology of liberating the use of quirks without restrictions, opposing regulations and laws that limit their use.

Main Members

• Tomura Shigaraki: Current leader, with the Decay quirk, which disintegrates everything he touches.
• Kurogiri: Second in command, with the Warp Gate quirk, which creates teleportation portals.
• Dabi: Prominent member, with the Cremation quirk, which generates blue flames.
• Himiko Toga: Prominent member, with the Transform quirk, which allows her to transform into any person whose blood she has ingested.
• Twice: Prominent member, with the quirk Double, which allows him to create clones of people and objects.

The League of Villains poses a constant threat to the heroes and society at large, and their actions and motivations are a reflection of their desire to change the world through chaos and destruction.
