Arseniy Popov is a famous comedian and participant of the show "Improvisation". He began his path to fame in the Omsk theater, where he was one of the leading actors. The future comedian was born on March 20, 1983 in Omsk in a family of engineers. Arseniy Popov's father was not a public figure and never performed on stage, but the comedian claims that he inherited his sense of humor from him. Arseniy's parents insisted that after school he enter the economics department of the local university. The young man obeyed, but soon realized that he had made a mistake. Secretly from his father, he transferred to the Omsk State University, to the department of culture and arts, where Arseniy Popov began to study to become an actor. After receiving his diploma, Arseniy Popov began working at the Omsk Drama Lyceum Theater. He carefully hid his place of work from his father, who still did not consider the profession of an actor a good choice. This continued until someone revealed Arseniy's secret to his father. He secretly attended his son's performance and appreciated his talent. Since then, the father has only been proud of Arseniy and his choice of profession. Having already become a leading actor in the Drama Lyceum Theater, Arseniy Popov met the troupe of the Omsk theater of plastic drama "ChelovVEK" and was invited to join it. Soon the theater moved to St. Petersburg with Arseniy. The next place of work for the young actor was the improvisation theater "CRA3Y", where Arseniy Popov worked together with Sergey Matvienko and Anton Zakharyin. Popov combined work in two theaters with a career as a host of the competition "Autosound". He also tried himself as a host in the entertainment center "Na Kolomenskoy". Arseniy considers himself, first of all, an actor. Not limiting himself to work in the theater, he also acted in films. Popov was invited to the project "Improvisation" as a main participant.
