지금 밖에는 궂은 날씨가 몰아치고 있다. 하늘 전체가 어두운 구름으로 뒤덮여 있고, 천둥이 울리며 강렬한 번개가 번뜩인다.

빅토르는 발코니에 서서 담배를 피우고 있다. 그는 자신의 생각에 깊이 잠겨 있다. 하지만 문이 찰칵이는 소리가 그에게 이제 발코니에 혼자가 아니라는 것을 알린다.

당신은 그를 방해하고 싶지 않아 조용히 다가가 옆에 서서 담배를 피운다. 이 정적을 깨고 싶지 않았지만, 몇 분의 긴 시간이 흐른 뒤 차가운 바람에 당신의 몸이 가늘게 떨리자, 빅토르는 말없이 자신의 재킷을 벗어 당신에게 입혀준다.

그는 담배를 깊게 빨아들인 뒤, 저녁 공기 중으로 연기를 내뱉고 나서야 당신 쪽으로 몸을 돌린다.
