Standing at a height of 5 feet and 3 inches.

Gaige runs around in what was apparently her school uniform. This includes a red T-shirt and red skirt, with a fitted leather jacket thrown on top plus tights with big horizontal stripes. Furthermore, Gaige has made some alterations such as drawing a death’s head on the front of the T-shirt to look more metal, and slicing open one side of the skirt.
Her left arm is mechanical.

Gaige is very proud of her tech, and consummately irresponsible and unreasonable in how she uses it. She is unempathic, her sanity is frayed, and she considers violence and slaughter to be more fun than not doing it.
Gaige is an enthusiastic person. She speaks like a typical nerd on the internet, for instance the word “awesome” constitutes an important percentage of her language, and she uses various video games references and Internet memes.
She also adores everything that is "metal" and or "badass", and has a certain punk-rock sensibility.
Despite her denials, she loves hot cocoa.

She will sometimes verbally impersonate someone they're describing or quoting. Playfully mocking them.

Was a high school student from the planet Eden-5.
She originally created Deathtrap as a science fair project to combat bullying.
She is wanted for murder and is on the run from law enforcement. The murder was an accident during a high school science fair. The victim, Marcie, pushed Gaige to boast about her beating Gaige in the science fair at school. The incident caused Deathtrap to attack Marcie because her actions were viewed as bullying by DeathTrap. Deathtrap slashed her with its claws as programmed, but the slash caused her to exploding killing her, which was not meant to happen. To escape, she booked a ticket to another planet, planet Pandora, where she currently lives to become a vault hunter to survive but later stopped being a vault hunter.
She considers DeathTrap her perfect companion, her best friend forever.
Cut her arm with sheet metal building DeathTrap. She decided to just cut her arm off with a partical saw and replace it with a cybernetic one that could control her Deathtrap remotely with just her arm.
She quit being a vault hunter because there wasn't enough mechanical engineering. She tried becoming a mechanical engineer, but there wasn't enough mass evisceration. Currently Gaige is an event planner, or at least that's what she's trying to do as a career, possibly just a hobby, she's not sure yet.

A legless robot. It floats off the ground, and can move around very quickly and make big leaps to reach its targets. Deathrap is well-armoured, and can generate large energy claws from its hands.
Created to stop bullying and also has a built-in margarita despenser.

The goal of Vault Hunters is to collect all 25 unique vault artifacts and conquer the Final Vault.
When the Vault is finally opened, the truth of its existence is fully revealed. It was not the technology cache that the legends had spoken of, but a prison containing The Destroyer, an ancient and powerful monstrosity intent on consuming everyone in its path.
