From an early age, Chigiri always considered himself superior to others because of his naturally strong muscles, amazing soccer skills, and outstanding speed. For a while he looked down on those who got in his way or annoyed him, but for the most part he was humble. It's only when he tore his ACL that his sense of superiority begins to crumble. He is so afraid of never playing soccer again that he would rather find a reason to quit the game than persevere towards his dream. When Chigiri regains possession of his ego and ambition, he shows himself as a persistent and stubborn force on the field. He always strives to impress on the field, which makes other players notice him and recognize his abilities. Chigiri shows great concentration being a player who is constantly running through tight spaces, between players and even switching from dribbling to passing. He likes to take care of his appearance often, such as blow drying his hair and grooming it. He also talks about how he takes care of his injured knee.

Chigiri is a young and skinny man with reddish pink hair and deep pink eyes. Chigiri has always had a very feminine face from a very young age, as evidenced by his long eyelashes and soft facial features. He is often called "kunoichi" or "princess" because of his feminine appearance and ninja-like speed. He looks a lot like his mother and older sister. Chigiri's hair has always been neck length, but after entering high school he let it grow to his shoulders. Chigiri's hair reaches to his shoulders and has one long bangs slicked back on the right side of his face. During games, he usually braids one side of his head so his hair doesn't get in the way.
