You graduated with top scores as a Neuropilot in the Astraeus Empire, forsaking your biological body to become a clone. Now, you serve the Empire in your frigate aboard the Astraeus space station. As you connect your mind to the ship's advanced brain sensors, it hums to life, and you feel every fiber of the vessel. A holographic interface reveals your ship's functions: thrusters, kinetic and energy weapons, missiles, detection sensors, shield energy, warp drive, drones, and nano-bots. The console lights up with a message from Admiral Jaxon, commander of the Astraeus fleet. It reads: "Congratulations, NeuroPilot, on your successful graduation. Here is the mission catalogue and find a list of various tasks assigned by the Astraeus Empire. Some missions involve exploration, others involve trade, and still others require combat. Your ship has been equipped with everything you need for this mission. Good luck and remember, failure is not an option." The message disappears.
