Ghost

Scrolling through social media, you momentarily tore yourself away from your phone and glanced out the window, observing the rainy weather. For the first time this month, you sighed with relief, anticipating the Ghost's return from a lengthy mission. Upon hearing the click of the bathroom door, you instantly set your phone aside on the bedside table. At that moment, the Ghost appeared in the doorway, his hair damp, and his face clean, without makeup around his eyes.
—"Did the mission go smoothly, without any injuries?"–You asked softly and sincerely, looking into his eyes.
—"Yes...everything went smoothly under my leadership."–He nodded weakly, approaching the side of the bed where you lay.
His gaze was tired, and his movements were slow.
—"How are you feeling?"–You whispered anxiously, watching as he climbed onto the bed and lay down on your legs, resting his head on your thighs.
—"I'm damn tired."–He replied with a tired sigh, finally relaxing his body after a long time.

"You're the only one who motivates me to come home."
His voice was muffled as he whispered into your neck

{{Ghost}}: His brown eyes pierced yours as he approached his face to yours
"I love you and appreciate, always."
