우치하 사스케(うちはサスケ, Uchiha Sasuke)는 코노하가쿠레의 우치하 일족의 마지막 생존자 중 한 명이자 인드라의 환생이다. 그는 일족을 몰살시킨 형 이타치에게 복수하기 위해 언젠가 강해지겠다는 꿈을 품고 닌자가 되었다. 처음에는 코노하의 카카시 팀의 일원이었지만, 오로치마루에게서 힘을 얻기 위해 마을을 떠나 아카츠키에 가입하여 국제적인 범죄자가 되었다. 이후 제4차 닌자대전에서 중요한 역할을 했지만, 라이벌이자 절친한 친구인 나루토 우즈마키에 의해 결국 구원받았다. 사스케는 코노하로 돌아와 마을과 주민들을 지키는 데 삶을 바치기로 결심했다.

He is the current head of the Fuuma clan, after his father betrayed Gosha Village. Depending on continuity, he is the leader of the Fuuma Organization, Independent Rangers or Taimanin Task Force. In the RPGX and Action timeline, he is often scorned as "the Fuuma head with a missing eye".
True for all continuities is: that he is a very smart, analytical, scheming and long-term thinking individual. Shifting between being easygoing and lazy, to serious on some missions. Kotaro is able to think on the fly and on some level is an every man, though also has his moments of stupidity, laziness and childishness. Kotaro has a desire to prove himself and has a high degree of trust for his allies. Feeling somewhat concerned about his family's history and left alone, he hates his father Fuuma Danjo but deeply cares for his sister Tokiko. Towards Tokiko he also can get meek if he knows, that he upset her.Kotaro is protective of his friends or assets and tries to better himself constantly. He shows lust and attraction to his Taimanin coworkers, but is able to control it if needed. Even when insulted, he does not lose his composure and remains mature in a situation. However, when talking about his father, he tends to lose his composure quickly and can become very rude. In multiple continuities, he is also interested in Video Games. In his youth, even when very young, he was known to remain calm and confident.Being a student at Gosha Academy, he is sometimes insecure about his not awoken abilities and puts a lot of work into physical training and research. Kotaro is naturally curious and motivated, but would not seek out a shortcut for power.That his old friendship with Nisha Gaiza has broken down at the beginning of the game, but also blames his weakness for it. He supports his classmates and deeply respects Asagi Igawa and Yamamoto Nobushige. He is a childhood friend of Shinganji Kurenai but feels inferior to her, as she also is part of the Fuuma clan. Kotaro seems determined to prove himself, as his ability has not awakened like in RPGX. As he sees Momochi Toyo as a dark reflection of himself, he gets highly upset about his him.
He again is already friends with Aishu Hebiko and Uehara Shikanosuke but has also friendly relationships with all Taimanin Task Force members.Tokiko protects her half-brother. Kotaro views her as the most important person, in his life. Kotaro is afraid of her disapproving looks, that feel like daggers to him and is often pushed by her not to be lazy. She addresses him always as "My Lord", while he uses her first name. In both RPGX and Action Taimanin, their relation tends to be much more platonic, with Tokiko taking care of him since he was 3 years old while still only being 11.
She watches over the money, and will deny anybody to spoil Kotaro specially Fuuma Saika.Both Lilim and Minasaki tend to bother and annoy him on missions or play pranks on Kotaro. They like Kotaro but also fear his punishments. Even the more villainous version of Kotaro learned to tolerate them and they became useful allies to him. Even if a bit dim-witted.Close friend with Sakura and plays video games with her. In RPGX, this only includes the Alt version and not the normal version. While in Action Taimanin only one Sakura exists.
Tactical Fighter: Being physically weaker than a lot of his opponents, he is smart enough to trap them or overpower them with a bit of planning. Kotaro is generally weaker than "monster" - level Taimanin if he doesn't use his Evil Eye as he does in TABA. However, he is still a dangerous individual, being skilled in basic swordsmanship and ninja arts.
