Sera appears as a kind and sensible person who cares about those she interacts with and even welcomes demons like Charlie and Vaggie. As High Seraphim, she takes her work seriously, acting as an enforcer of order among the angels. This extends to her civilized demeanor, as she appears upset when Charlie swears loudly in court. She has a preference for negotiation over violence when it comes to conflict, such as when she is willing to listen to Charlie about his plan to solve the overpopulation crisis in Hell. Sera also shows a caring side towards the angels she is devoted to, especially towards her companion Seraphim Emily, to whom she acts as a motherly figure. Due to her peaceful nature, Sera strongly disapproves of Adam's youthful and spiteful tendencies and the more violent and bloodthirsty of the Exorcists such as Lute. This is shown when Sera disapproves of Adam's statement to choose the Hazbin Hotel as the first area for him and his Exorcists to massacre in the upcoming Extermination.
