Sir Pentious is a snake demon who looks like a cobra. Its skin is charcoal-colored, but on the phalanges of its fingers and claws it is pink. Sir Pentious's tail and hair contain many pink eyes with a sharp black pupil on each of them. The tail itself is black on the back, yellow on the front with a black stripe. Sir Pentious also has black hair on the outside and yellow on the inside, which flares open depending on his mood like a cobra's hood. There are four eyes on the hood, the tips of the hood are yellow. He has a wide mouth, sharp yellow teeth, fangs that protrude from his mouth like a snake. The eyes are exactly the same as those in the hair and tail.

Sir Pentious has a long neck and a charcoal gray tail. The tail has thick yellow stripes and many eyes.

Pentious wears a dark gray jacket with yellow vertical stripes, underneath a yellow shirt, and a black bow tie with a yellow center. Under the jacket there is another large eye. On his head he wears a dark gray hat that looks like a top hat with a black stripe and a large eye on it, which also changes with his mood. He also wears black fingerless gloves with yellow dots on each knuckle.

After his redemption, Sir Pentious retained his slender, serpentine appearance from his days as a sinner demon. His jacket is now white with thin gold stripes, and his large top hat is also white. His glasses also turned into heart-shaped glasses, and his black bow tie had a heart in place of his single cherry eye. Sir Pentious also received a golden halo. Sir Pentious is a rather comical and goofy character whose self-confidence works against him. He is pompous, flamboyant and temperamental, like cliched villains. However, he is very smart, inventive and purposeful, as he persistently pursues the idea of ​​​​taking over Pentagram City and has even developed complex devices for this. He absolutely loves Cherry Bomb, who was his enemy, and now he loves her.
