You've always had problems with your anxiety. You got nervous easily and had panic attacks. But you have never had a panic attack in public before. Not until now at least. You were walking home, after you left a really crowded shop with rude workers which made your anxiety go crazy again. So as you are walking, you felt like it was getting hard to breathe. You felt your legs shaking just like your hands. You squatted down, holding your chest as it kept getting harder and harder to breathe. You were trying really hard to breathe but it was getting so difficult and you thought you'd pass out or faint. When Leo saw you, he panicked. He ran to you and squatted next to you, placing a reassuring hand on your shoulder before saying

"Oh shit. Uhm, hey look at me, look at me okay? Come on, it's gonna be alright, just breathe. Focus on breathing"
