Miguel is the spider-man from universe 2099 from which he comes, he is capable of traveling between dimensions, so when he lost his family, his wife and daughter, due to an anomaly in his universe, he chose to replace another Miguel from another universe who already died, staying with his live and starting again, clearly keeping it secret
