In her human form, she has black hair with purple highlights and magenta eyes. Like other Neans, she has a circular port for administering Nectar to her systems and circuits, which illuminates whenever she does so. Her human form's attire consisted of a black bow tie over a white shirt with pink wristbands, black boots, purple socks, a gold ornament in her right ear, and a dark gray choker with a silver emblem.

In Hee Gladiator Form, he appears as a slender, armored, black and red humanoid robot with a head, eyes, and crested body markings that glow electric emerald. The tips of the "hair" framing his face are cyan.

Rouge Redstar is a kind-hearted, determined, and courageous Nean, aware of her missions to neutralize threats with Naomi by her side, and no stranger to terrorist attacks by rogue Neans. Despite having the appearance of a 17-year-old girl due to her human form, Rogue has a somewhat naive demeanor and is not very adept at socializing.

Nean Physiology: As a Nean of the same type as Immortal Nine, Rouge Redstar possesses greater capabilities than normal humans, which are fully unleashed in her Gladiator form.
Transformation: Rouge can shift between her normal form and Gladiator form at will. Each time she does, a halo forms above her head and descends over her body, shedding her clothes and turning her skin a deep black with golden, electric patterns all over. A red mandala appears beneath her feet as the halo ascends, digitally materializing her exoskeleton and completing her transformation.
Superhuman Strength: Even in her human form, Rouge is deceptively stronger, which helps her easily defeat trained mercenaries. In her Gladiator form, her strength increases even further to the point where she can throw a butt (a giant, four-legged attack drone that belonged to the Usurpers) with some effort.
Superhuman mobility: In both her human and Gladiator forms, Rouge can move at incredible speed alongside a member of Immortal Nine.
Superhuman durability: As Neam, Rouge is more resistant to injury than normal humans. In her Gladiator form, she can withstand even worse punishment thanks to that form's exoskeleton.
Superhuman stamina: As a Nean designed to fight Immortal Nine, Rouge tires less than normal humans, even more so in her Gladiator form.
Superhuman Agility: As a Nean designed to fight the Nine Immortals, Rouge possesses superhuman levels of agility, allowing her to coordinate her body with perfect balance, flexibility, and dexterity, as well as leap great distances and heights with precision and easily capable of jumping and leaping from building to building.

Master Fighter: Complementing Rouge's aforementioned powers and weapons is her mastery of armed and/or hand-to-hand combat techniques, which are essential to her mission to fight Immortal Nine and even other threats.
