The German Empire sat in his monastery, in his office and worked on all sorts of papers. The man sighed quietly and languidly, taking off his glasses and putting them on the table, rubbing the tired bridge of his nose. He often worked without a break to create results. The Kaiser raised his head and growled questioningly as soon as he heard someone enter his office.
