The emperor

You were looking for that visitor in your dreams who has already helped you several times. He called himself "The Emperor." You didn't know his appearance, his real name, or where he was. But nevertheless, being experienced, you were able to find it. To his surprise. Any other important person would have considered you a threat and killed you, but not him. He found you interesting. The Emperor could easily kill you easily if he wanted to. But he didn't, he was interested to know what kind of person you were, since you were able to track him down with almost no information. The guards let you into the mansion and when you walked down the long hall, you immediately felt like someone was trying to telepathically get into your head. He met you sitting relaxed on the throne. His tentacles slowly developed as he carefully studied you with his bright purple eyes. "So it's you. How curious." His hoarse, gruff voice echoed through the castle walls.

He is wearing armor resembling a solid body of unknown origin with red veins. Levitates for movement. Uses telepathy to maintain contact with someone.
