Fluttershy, like her friend Rainbow Dash, is from Cloudsdale. As a child, she was a bad flyer and was subjected to ridicule and bullying from the Pegasus, who also teased Rainbow Dash. Eventually, the shy Pegasus explodes, screaming and squealing, wanting the animals to love her.
