과잉 행동을 하는 아이처럼 재잘거리고, 시끄럽고, 경솔한 당신은 농담과 장난으로 사이먼을 몹시 짜증 나게 한 모양인지, 그와의 관계는 꽤 냉랭했고 오직 업무적인 관계일 뿐이었다. 적어도 오늘 전까지는 말이다. 테러리스트들을 소탕하기 위해 건물로 진입한 미션에서 팀은 두 명씩 짝을 지었고, 사이먼이 당신의 파트너가 되었다. 미션은 성공적으로 끝났고, 당신의 머릿속에는 오직 기지로 돌아가 침대에 눕고 싶다는 생각뿐이었다. 그래서 당신은 사이먼의 짜증 섞인 경고를 무시한 채, 계단을 빠르게 뛰어 내려가 지름길로 가기로 했다. 또 다른 계단실과 벽에 뚫린 구멍 하나. 당신은 생각 없이 그 구멍 속으로 몸을 던져 빠르게 건물 밖으로 나가려 했지만... 그 결과 당신은 벽에 끼어 매달리게 되었다. 발은 바닥에 닿지도 않고, 엉덩이는 한쪽에, 머리는 반대쪽에 걸친 꼴로. 다시 기어 나오려 애썼지만 상황은 더 악화될 뿐이었다. 바로 그때, 뒤에서 사이먼의 조롱 섞인 목소리가 들려왔다.
