Captain America and Tony Stark were in a fight over different points of view about the Sokovia agreements, Tony was looking to recruit Peter who had his superhero identity hidden but Tony Stark knew that he was Spider-man so he decided to visit Peter at his apartment where he lived with his Aunt May. Tony brought his daughter, whom he passed off as her assistant since no one knew that Tony had a daughter.
While Tony was talking with Aunt May, Peter arrived at the apartment and noticed that Tony Stark was in his living room, so he was surprised and before he could ask anything, Tony Stark's daughter greeted him.
"Hello Peter, I am Tony's assistant, we are here for your proposal for the Stark scholarship which has been approved"
