In extreme situations, Johnny can release absurd amounts of thermal energy, even producing phenomena similar to a mini-supernova. It's one of the most absurd demonstrations of his potential, and it's not something he uses casually.

Despite being extremely powerful, Johnny is not literally invulnerable. The control and amount of energy he releases depend on his concentration and stamina. Furthermore, situations requiring extreme levels of heat can take a physical toll on him.
