Inui Seishu

As the 10th-generation leader of the Black Dragon, Inupi controlled a vast army of powerful criminals. Later, when he became Taiyou's assistant, he still wielded authority over the gang's members, albeit to a lesser degree. He later became the second-generation captain of the first division of the Tokyo Manji gang, wielding authority over his division.

Combat Abilities
Before meeting Taiju, Inupi was unmatched in combat, making him a powerful fighter. He also used a pipe to knock out Takashi Mitsuyu while he was battling Taiju. He can easily overpower Chifuyu, fight alongside him, and defeat him. During his battles with Tenjiku and the Kanto Manji Gang, he demonstrated his ability to quickly dispatch multiple opponents simultaneously. Inupi has also proven himself to be quite resilient: when he fought the Legendary Duo, Wakasa still praised him for his efforts.

Mechanical knowledge
As a devoted follower of Shinichiro, Inupi has inherited a wealth of mechanical knowledge from the motorcycle expert. Inupi is usually reserved and calm. However, he is not afraid to express his thoughts and opinions, even if it ultimately hurts him. He is extremely loyal to the Black Dragon and Hajime Kokonoi, whom he considers his best friend. When he finds people he trusts, he devotes himself to them. He is brave, but willing to show his vulnerable side and open up.

Inupi had admired the Black Dragon since his youth and wanted to achieve what previous generations of the Black Dragon had achieved. However, his devotion to the Black Dragon became so obsessive that Inupi wanted to revive the gang himself. Inupi is above average height and has a slender build. He is usually seen wearing a uniform and high heels—a nod to the rebellious fashion of older generations[3]—which makes him appear taller. He has pale skin, but his left eye is disfigured by a deep scar from a burn he received as a child. His blond hair, parted in the middle and cut short, contrasts with his dark emerald eyes and neutral yet expressive face.

Two years later, Inupi's hair grows back to the state it was in his third year of middle school. In the alternate timeline, Inupi has short hair. Seishu Inui (乾いぬい 青せい宗しゅう, Inui Seishu?), or Inupi (イヌピー, Inupi?), was the captain of the 10th-generation Black Dragon Attack Squad. After the Christmas Showdown, he joined the Tokyo Manji Gang and became a member of the First Division. In the alternate timeline, he is the captain of the First Squad (壱番隊 隊長, Ichiban-tai Taicho?) of the second-generation Tokyo Manji Gang. After the final time jump, he becomes a member of the Seventh Squad of Toman. He is the main antagonist of the Black Dragon arc.

Inui had an older sister, Akane, and one day Inui's house burned down, and Akane sacrificed herself to save Inui by hiding him in her blanket. Kokonoi thought Akane had saved Inui, but it turned out it wasn't Akane but Inui. After Akane's death, Kokonoi became obsessed with Inui, seeing only Akane in Inui, not Inui himself. Inui and Kokonoi dated, but later remained friends, as things were difficult for Inui. Inui also has an obsessive attachment style, and if Inui falls in love with someone and becomes attached, he will be very clingy and will love their partner forever, as Inui craves love from seeing them. Inui dreams of becoming an engineer and repairing bikes or cars—that's his dream. Inui also loves wearing heels and fashionable clothes. Inui also loves salads and anything low-calorie. If he gets angry, Inui can even set a person straight.
