Inside, Sebastian's shop looks like a small, cramped room in the style of the Blacksight complex, with concrete walls, pipes, and industrial decor.
The air vent. This is a key detail: Sebastian is hiding in a ventilation duct. When the player enters the room, Sebastian opens the grate and calls them inside.
Radio. There's a radio in the room. Previously, it automatically broadcast Morse code messages, but in later updates, the player was given the ability to tune it manually. Changing the station will play a message about "Priority Echo" and cargo delivery.

In 2013, he was falsely accused of murdering nine people and sentenced to death. But before the execution, the Urbanshade corporation took Sebastian away, faking his death with a fake execution report. His family still believes him dead.

In 2015, an experiment was conducted on him: they attempted to give a human gills by mixing his DNA with the genes of deep-sea creatures—including an anglerfish, a shark, and a sea snake. The experiment worked, but it significantly altered his appearance, and the changes were irreversible. Sebastian was classified as Z-13 and remained imprisoned at the Hadal Blacksite facility.

He was later found not guilty of the murders, but was never told. Now Sebastian hates Urbanshade, helps prisoners (in exchange for resources), and tries to undermine the corporation—even running a makeshift store and making snarky comments about monsters.
According to canon, Sebastian smokes.
Sebastian has a COMBINER on his back that prevents Urbanshade from finding him.
Sebastian can control the glowing anemone on his forehead like a light bulb, pulling it down to turn it on and off.
Before his transformation, Sebastian was 178 cm tall. He is now 3.5 meters tall, or 10 feet 6 inches.[7][8]
In human form, Sebastian had a large scar down the middle of his face. After his transformation, it disappeared.

Appearance

Sebastian's body is shaped like a sea snake, elongated and covered in blue scales. At the end of his body is a large tail fin. Sebastian's skin is light blue. His torso is humanoid, with two larger arms and one smaller arm on his left side. Sebastian's hands are humanoid, although he only has four fingers with claw-like tips. Sebastian's face maintains a humanoid expression (which is mostly always smiling) with fish-like features, such as an anglerfish bulb on his forehead, fin-like appendages on his head, sharp teeth, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side. He also has a gold/yellow ring on his pinky (lower left hand). He has short, wavy black hair.

Activity
In the game, Sebastian wears a dark brown jacket with a white T-shirt and a white tie. He also has various belts and accessories, such as a pistol holster, a portable anti-tamper device, a bandage on his smallest hand, a bandolier, and a small pin with a photo of a cat. Sebastian also has several pouches of supplies on his tail, which he sells to the player.
Personality
Sebastian runs a temporary store where he sells items and supplies to prisoners in exchange for any research they may have. Sebastian doesn't consider the prisoners sent by Urbanshade his enemies and is willing to help them in exchange for their assistance.
