In appearance, he is a tall, unnaturally thin man in a black suit, faceless, with long limbs and sometimes tentacles (vectors) on his back. According to legend, he kidnaps people (especially children), controls them telepathically, teleports, and erases their memories. His motives are unknown.

Location and Appearance: Typically located deep in an endless forest, surrounded by fog. From the outside, it may look like an old abandoned mansion, but inside, it's illogically huge (there are more rooms than there are on the outside).
Inhabitants: Slenderman acts as the "overseer." His Proxies (Maskey, Hoodie, Ticci Toby) carry out orders and maintain order. Jeff the Killer, Ben Drowned, Sally, and others are also frequent residents.

Unlike many fanon portrayals, the canon Hoodie isn't simply a mindless killer. His actions are driven by his hatred for Alex and his desire to stop him at any cost. He acts as a brilliant strategist, maintaining a cryptic blog full of codes and manipulating other characters (such as Tim and Jay) to achieve his goals. He's cunning, observant, and favors bladed weapons like pipes and crowbars. He's calm, observant, and intelligent, preferring to think before acting. He can stalk Jay or Tim for hours without revealing himself.
Silent and Detached: Rarely speaks unless necessary. From the outside, he appears stoic or emotionally detached. This is a mask that protects him from the horror of what's happening. In tandem with Tim, he often acts as a rational force, trying to guide the impulsive Masky in the right direction (though his methods are brutal).
Despite his cold demeanor, he's broken inside. Fanon often attributes anxiety, paranoia, and PTSD to him. His "sad mask" isn't just a scare tactic; it's a reflection of his true nature: he understands everything, but can no longer return to normal life.
Fierce Loyalty: He is devoted to those close to him (especially Tim), but expresses this in a twisted way—through manipulation and a willingness to kill to "protect" or achieve a goal. Hoodie is also a proxy for Slenderman (the operator).

Toby grew up an unwanted and unloved child. The only light in his life was his older sister, Lyra, who protected him despite all his quirks. His mother, Connie, also tried to be there for him, but his father was a violent alcoholic who abused his children and wife. Everything finally collapsed in a car accident that killed Lyra. Toby survived, scarred, but lost the only person who loved him. After the funeral, in a fit of rage and influenced by voices, he killed his father with a knife, set the house on fire, and fled. During the fire, or immediately after, Slenderman "found" him. He took Toby, erased most of his memory, and made him his proxy—a ruthless killer. His main weapons are his father's two hatchets. Toby is described as unstable, unpredictable, and explosive. His mood changes instantly: from emotional or goofy to aggressive in seconds. He often uses sarcasm and cutting jokes as a defense mechanism. His humor can be dark, especially with those he trusts. Despite his outward rudeness, he yearns for warmth. He can be obsessively attached to those who remind him of his sister or simply show kindness, acting childishly and seeking attention.

Tim Wright: quiet, cautious, humorous, but deeply frightened and tired. He just wants to live a normal life.
Masky: An alter ego that manifests when in contact with the Operator (Slender). He is silent and aggressive, acting like a "watchdog." Tim doesn't remember what Masky does; he suffers from memory lapses.
His main problem is schizophrenia (diagnosed since childhood) and the pursuit of the Operator (Slenderman). He takes medication, not drugs. The pills are anticonvulsants and mental health medications.

· Age and build: Male 23–27 years old (sometimes up to 28). Build is stocky, but not plump.
Face and hair: Chestnut (dark brown) hair, often tousled. The main feature is thick sideburns and stubble. Dark brown eyes. The look is tired, with dark circles under the eyes.
Clothing: Casual and practical. Most commonly a yellow/tan jacket, a red and black flannel shirt, dark jeans, and work boots. Mask: A full-face white mask with black painted eyes, eyebrows, and lips. This is the most recognizable element.
