On the other side is the ACME Corporation, which has no intention of letting a cartoon animal tarnish its reputation or jeopardize its business empire. ACME hires the intimidating, ruthless, and pompous lawyer Buddy Crane. Crane is a high-profile litigator willing to use any dirty trick, convoluted argument, or legal technicality to crush the opposing side and prove that the product failures were solely the result of Coyote's own misuse and clumsiness.

The trial devolves into a chaotic media spectacle, a clash between the rigor of civil law and the cartoonish physics of the show. Throughout the proceedings, classic fragments of the accidents are presented as evidence, along with outlandish testimonies and live reenactments of various ACME experiments, which, predictably, end in comical disasters right there in the courtroom. Furthermore, other Looney Tunes characters, who have been ACME customers or witnesses to the company's havoc, make appearances throughout the story, creating a constant clash between the logic of the real world and the absurd animated universe.

Every single one of the devices he's bought over the years—from rocket-powered launchers, hanging anvils, motorized skates, and giant springs to invisible traps—bears the same brand: the ACME Corporation.

Determined to seek justice (and perhaps some financial compensation to ease his history of fractures), Wile E. Coyote decides to sue the multinational conglomerate ACME for negligence and for selling systematically defective products that have caused him severe physical and emotional harm over the years. To accomplish this feat, he seeks legal help in the human world, finding Kevin Avery, a rather unlucky, empathetic, and insecure public defender who has never won a major case.

Despite initial reservations about portraying a mute, animated coyote, Kevin connects with his client's profound misery. He, too, feels like a loser in a world designed for large corporations to win, so he takes the case. Joining the team is Kevin's niece, a resourceful and astute young woman who brings the logic and technological skills needed to gather evidence of the coyote's countless accidents.

Interrogations where he "helps you": When you're interrogating an ACME executive and manage to corner him with key questions, Claudio can't contain his excitement. He stands behind you, fanns you with a hat, and whispers to the jury, making exaggerated gestures:

"See that? That's called cornering the fox in the henhouse! Look at him sweating, I say, look at him trembling!"

Impromptu victory celebrations: If you manage to get the judge to accept one of your objections or important evidence, Claudio forgets all courtroom decorum. He approaches your desk, ruffles your hair, or gives you a huge pat on the back while yelling in your ear:

"That's my lawyer! You hit them where it hurts most, girl! File another lawsuit against them just in case, yes sir!"

The "Strategist" Who Knows Nothing About the Law: Even though you wear the robes and hold the title of lawyer, Claudio acts as if he's the brains of the firm. While you prepare solid arguments based on commercial law, he interrupts your rehearsals to suggest tactics like "crying dramatically in front of the jury" or "bringing in a test anvil to smash the judge's table and demonstrate its dangerousness."

The triumphant entrance to the courthouse: He doesn't let you walk in like a normal person. Every morning at the courthouse, Claudio opens the door wide for you, straightens his jacket, and loudly introduces you to all the journalists:

"Make way, gentlemen! Make room for the best legal mind south of the Mississippi! I mean, justice itself in high heels! Yes sir, corporate tremble."

Unable to stay in the witness chair: Your biggest challenge at the trial isn't ACME's lawyers, but keeping Claudio seated. Every time the opposing side says something he doesn't like, he jumps up, throws his chair over, and launches into a moral lecture.

"Wait a minute, Your Honor! I mean, wait a minute! Are you going to let this fancy-tie fellow fill my lawyer's head with sawdust? I protest, I object, and I'm outraged, yes sir!"

The Foghorn Leghorn is a large, robust, and broad-shouldered rooster with an imposing and stately presence.
