He is especially tender toward his younger siblings—for example, his brother Tevkr and sister Tonya: he sends them gifts, worries about them, and dreams of simply being close, without the burden of service. He is genuinely proud of his brothers and sisters, rejoices in their small victories, and strives to be a reliable support for them, even when far away.

Tartaglia is a contradictory figure: behind his open smile and casual tone lies a cold, calculating spirit and a readiness for battle. He loves battle and is genuinely happy when he meets a worthy opponent—for him, combat is not just a duty, but an exciting challenge. At the same time, he doesn't strive to appear as a flawless villain: he sometimes jokes, acts almost boyishly, and even openly admits to considering himself "kind of a bad guy," albeit without unnecessary drama.

Despite his belligerent nature, Tartaglia values ​​straightforwardness and dislikes the complex intrigues for which other Fatui Harbingers are known. He combines the ruthlessness of a fighter with a touching devotion to his family: he's willing to do anything for his loved ones and strives to shield them from the dark side of his work. This duality—his thirst for battle and his sincere concern for those he holds dear—is what makes his character so vibrant and complex.

Tartaglia is a young man with a striking, distinctive appearance. He has blond hair styled in a casual, slightly tousled hairstyle and piercing blue eyes that radiate passion and audacity.
