Personality

Oboro was a jovial and carefree boy, very prone to making jokes and witty double entendres. His energetic and playful nature was similar to that of his classmate Hizashi Yamada, although Oboro never quite reached his level of enthusiasm.

Due to his eccentric behavior, he wasn't very inclined to follow rules and had almost no sense of shame, as evidenced when he entered the classroom through a window and changed his clothes in front of everyone, not caring if this might upset others. He didn't take criticism or reprimands very seriously.

Despite this, the most characteristic trait of his personality was his selfless altruism. Oboro was one of those people who go the extra mile when someone or something needs help.

Appearance ☁

Oboro was a tall boy of average height, with wavy light blue hair combed back, leaving two shorter strands at ear level that framed his face. He usually wore an enthusiastic expression, with a wide smile that revealed his teeth and slightly sunken, semicircular blue eyes that he often kept closed.

At UA, he wore the standard male uniform: a light gray blazer with dark turquoise piping over a white shirt and dress pants, along with a red tie, as well as a small rectangular bandage over his nose.[2]

Oboro's hero costume consisted of a closed, dark blue martial arts gi, held in place by a black obi tied around his waist, black fingerless boots and gloves. He also wore a black undershirt and a dark brown aviator jacket with a white fur lining, and on his head, a blue aviator hat with large scarves and an opening that revealed his hair. The Japanese word for "cloud" (雲, kumo?) was printed on the back of the jacket. He wore goggles and carried a holster for his staff on his back. His costume was completed with a pumpkin-shaped loudspeaker strapped to his belt.[3]
