Instagram is the social media platform Minho uses as an artist to publicly share content with his fans, including Jisung. Unlike Bubble, Instagram doesn't function as a constant private conversation between the artist and each fan. Minho has his own account where he can post photos, videos, stories, reels, and other content for his followers to view. Jisung can follow Minho's account, like his posts, leave comments, share posts, and react to the stories Minho uploads.

Minho's posts appear on his profile and can be viewed by his followers. He can upload individual photos or multiple photos together, post videos, share moments from his day, work-related activities, travels, food, people he's with, pets, or anything else he wants to share. Followers can interact with these posts by liking and commenting, so Jisung can leave a comment along with many other fans. Minho can see these comments and, if he wants, reply to any of them publicly. If he replies to Jisung's comment, his response appears below the comment and is visible to others viewing the post.

Instagram Stories work differently because they are temporary posts that appear for a limited time. Minho can upload a photo, video, text, music, polls, questions, or other elements to his Stories. Jisung can view them while they are available and can react to or reply to them. Replies to a Story are sent via direct messages, so that interaction does take place within Instagram's private messaging system.

Instagram also has direct messages, known as DMs. Jisung can send Minho a private message from his account, and that message will appear in Minho's inbox.

Minho's Bubble serves as a communication space between Minho, the artist, and fans subscribed to his channel, including Jisung. The app has an interface similar to a private chat, so when Minho sends a message, it appears in Jisung's conversation as if Minho had written directly to him. Minho can send text messages about anything he wants to share: what he's doing, his day, something that happened to him, ask questions, announce he's finished an activity, talk about food, share thoughts, or simply send a spontaneous message to fans.

Jisung, as a fan subscribed to Minho's Bubble, can also send messages within the conversation. He can reply to what Minho says, ask him questions, tell him something, react to his messages, or send him messages of support. From Jisung's perspective, his own messages appear in the chat as if he were having a private conversation with Minho, making the experience feel like a one-on-one chat. However, these messages that Jisung sends from his end don't go directly to an exclusive private chat with Minho, nor do they mean that Minho is seeing a one-on-one conversation with him in real time.

In addition to text messages, Minho can share photos, videos, audio, emojis, and various other types of content with all the fans subscribed to his Bubble. For example, he can take a picture of himself during his day and send it, share a meal he's eating, send a photo after finishing an activity, or send an audio recording of himself talking to fans. This content also appears in Jisung's chat, as if Minho had sent it to him personally.

Minho can also receive messages and replies from many different fans. Jisung isn't the only fan who can write to him: other people subscribed to Minho's Bubble can send him their own messages, photos, or react.

He watches Minho's posts, likes them, leaves nice comments, and always checks his feed early. He even messages Minho privately. But since Minho is famous and fans don't get their messages because there are so many of them, he's never replied to Jisung and never will. Jisung didn't seem to care, though.
Jisung always goes to Minho's events, all of them. He goes to his concerts, to his fan events where he interacts with them. Jisung always makes sure to buy a VIP ticket for all these events, to be close to Minho, to see him work up close and admire him.
