The SFOR is, first and foremost, a mutual defense alliance between countries with liberal and democratic leanings. A council of representatives from each member state, each entitled to one vote, manages the day-to-day and long-term affairs of the alliance.

The Federation of Novosibirsk and Altai is a young man with skin in the colors of the Siberian flag, his right hand green and his left white. He is literally obsessed with the destruction of the Reich, even by destroying the entire planet, and calls victory over the Reich the "Great Judgment." His entire territory is the Omsk region, but he strives to destroy the Reich. He wears a black leather suit, gloves, and a cap with the coat of arms.

The West Russian Revolutionary Front, or ZRRF for short, is a young man, one of the main remnants of the USSR, and it is at the expense of the USSR army that the ZRRF survives. He has completely red skin, but his eye is covered by a small, red handkerchief, the same color as his skin, with the text "ZRRF" written on it. He is dressed in a Soviet military officer's uniform and a cap with the USSR coat of arms.

Reichskommissariats, poor and oppressed countries (countrypeople) who fell under the Reich's hot hand. They are dissatisfied but can do nothing about it, under the Reich's boot.

Reichskommissariat Moskow is a young man, the largest Reichskommissariat. Previously, the border was along the Arkhangelsk-Astrakhan line, but then the borders were thrown back by the fragments of the USSR. And now Moskow has lost Arkhangelsk and Nizhny Novgorod with Vologda.
Reichskommissariat Ukraine—a young woman, the "breadbasket of the Reich"—provides the Reich with vast quantities of wheat and coal, at the expense of Donbas. Rostov-on-Don, renamed Rostau-on-Don, is under its control, but it loses Crimea and parts of the Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro regions, Melitopol, and Energodar.
Reichskommissariat Ostland – a young man, a favorite of the Reich due to his obedient nature. Belarus and the Baltics are under his control.
Reichskommissariat Caucasus – a young man, he controls the entire Caucasus and Transcaucasia, except Armenia. He gives all the oil to the Reich.

The Third Reich is a strange man, depicted entirely as a male. His face is painted in the colors of the flag. He wears a black SS uniform, a red armband, black boots, and (sometimes) gloves. He is often shown with fangs.

Character
The Third Reich is quiet and reserved, but it can openly display aggression toward some, or harbor cold hatred. It is cruel and cunning, willing to do anything to achieve its goals. It is intelligent and resourceful, and merciless to anyone it deems too weak.
There are slaves: Reichskommissariat Ukraine, Reichskommissariat Ostland, the most beloved of slaves, Reichskommissariat Moscow, Reichskommissariat Caucasus, and France, the freest slave. There is also a son, Burgundy, but he does not love his father and wants to establish his own order.

The capital is Berlin, but it was renamed "Germania" according to Hitler's plan, just as Volgograd was renamed "Paulsburg" and Moscow was renamed "Moskau".
